Online mastering is mastering done remotely: the last step before releasing your music. It optimizes loudness, corrects tonal balance and brings coherence across tracks.
The goal is for your track to sound at a commercial level and stay competitive on any streaming platform.

Formats to send
WAV or AIFF, 24-bit, with headroom of -6 to -3 dBFS, no limiter on the master bus and no fades.
Stem mastering
It means mastering groups of tracks (drums, bass, vocals, instruments) separately. It gives more control and is ideal for mixes that need balance corrections.
